Welcome to summer in a cup! This ultra refreshing rhubarb slush is right on time to make for Canada Day or Fourth of July. It’s tangy, sweet, and fizzy, with a bright, fruity punch. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing with its rhubarb-red fizziness, this drink is also perfect for a crowd. To elevate it even more, garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime slice, or you can stir it into your slush cup for even more amazing flavor. You can use either flavored sparkling water for this slush (like Bubly!) or ginger ale. Basically it’s up to your personal preference because both are super delicious. If you make this slush for an upcoming event, or just simply to make a scorching summer day more bearable, leave a comment to let me know how it turned out!
Beautiful photography! And yes, so good!
Love it!! Here are some reasons why: very easy to make, you don’t need to stir it while it’s freezing, great for a special occasion, and just because it’s so delicious!
It’s great, isn’t it? Thanks for leaving those tips!
I used raspberry jello and substituted the sugar with honey. Very good
Thanks for trying it and letting us know how these substitutions worked out!
