  • SOURDOUGH BROWN BUTTER PEAR COBBLER🍐🍐
so excited to share this one with you. 
Easy, quick, deeply flavorful, cozy, and (mainly) refined sugar free😚 it’s actually perfect. 
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a splash of cream. 

•Pear mixture•
2 lbs cubed ripe pears 
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp honey 
Pinch salt 
3 Tbsp cornstarch (mix with water to create slurry)
Juice from 1 lemon 

Preheat oven to 375 F
In a 9-in cast iron skillet over medium heat, add butter and brown until golden and fragrant. 
Add honey, pears, and pinch of salt. Cook a bit. 
Add lemon juice and cornstarch slurry and cook until mixture is clear and thick. 
Remove 1/4 of mixture for top. 

•Sourdough Cobbler•
1 cup flour 
1/2 cup coconut sugar 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
Dash salt 
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sourdough discard 
Splash vanilla 
Mix.
Pour on top of pear mixture. 
Add remaining pear mixture on top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar + chopped walnuts.
Bake for 30-40 min until golden brown 
and bubbling. 
Serve warm with ice cream, 
or a splash of cream.

This specific combination of vegetables and sauces makes the most ridiculously flavorful, juicy, and satisfying bowl. 

Here’s what’s in it👇🏻🥗🥑
• PICKLED ONIONS
1 large white or red onion 
2 garlic cloves 
Bay leaves 
Peppercorns 
Add to jar.
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar 
1 tsp salt
Bring to boil. Make sure sugar & salt is are dissolved. Pour over ingredients in jar. Close jar lid tightly, cool, and refrigerate for 8-12 hrs.
• HOT HONEY
honey 
sriracha or hot sauce 
chili flakes
splash apple cider vinegar 
Heat.
• GUAC
avocados 
sour cream 
salt + pepper 
fresh lime juice 
mash.
• GROUND BEEF
sauté ground beef with salt, pepper, 
and taco seasoning. 
Add slurry made with cornstarch & water.
Add to meat and sauté until saucy 
and no longer pink.
•SWEET POTATOES 
cubed sweet potatoes 
add salt & pepper, smoked paprika, garlic salt, 
olive oil, and maple syrup
Roast at 425-450 F until tender and charred
• TO ASSEMBLE
lettuce 
red peppers
corn
black beans
olives 
cilantro
cottage cheese 
sweet potatoes 
ground beef 
pickled onions 
guacamole
Hot honey 
Ranch
Lime juice

  • where has salted caramel + lavender been all my life?👀

Lavender Syrup 
• 1 cup water 
• 1 cup sugar 
• 1/4 cup lavender buds
Stir together in saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer.
Don’t stir syrup once it’s simmering to avoid crystallization. Dip a pastry brush in water and brush down the sides of saucepan frequently while simmering.
Simmer uncovered 15 min. Remove from heat, cover and steep 15 min. Strain.

Lavender Shaken Espresso
•double shot espresso 
add lavender syrup + pinch salt
Stir and add to jar filled halfway with ice. 
Shake.
Pour into glass with more ice. 
Add oat milk/milk.
Top with caramel sweet cream. 

Salted Caramel Sweet Cream
• heavy cream + splash milk 
• vanilla bean paste 
• pinch salt
• salted caramel sauce 
Add to jar and shake until thick.

2-3 avocados (cubed)
1 tsp cumin 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 Tbsp olive oil 
2-3 Tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)

Mix together. Taste and adjust. 
Let marinate for 15-30 min for flavors to blend (optional)

Fresh Mango Salsa -2 mangoes (cubed) -3 jalapeños (diced) 1 large pepper (diced) 1/2 cup tomatoes Diced purple onions to taste 1 cup cilantro (chopped) 2-3 limes (squeezed) 2-3 avocados (cubed) 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp olive oil 2-3 Tbsp sugar or honey (to taste) Mix together. Taste and adjust. Let marinate for 15-30 min for flavors to blend (optional)
